Luminous Plant Factory's Skill:
The lighting fixture is considered the most important element in a successful Luminous Plant Factory. Over a course of two years, Risecare experimented with different light sources from Japan, Holland, Taiwan, etc.. including fluorescent. LED, EFFL, CCFL, etc. But most of these solutions were energy inefficient, high temperature producing, and had a lack in luminance- all these factors cause high production costs. If used incorrectly, lamps could cause plants to have too much stem growth and not enough leaf growth. Vegetables could also lose its juiciness and crispiness if the wrong lighting is used. Recognizing the fact that there were no suitable lighting source for Plant Factory use, Risecare started to develop our own lighting module for the plant factory. This new lighting solution far surpasses traditional plant lighting, and is most ideal to achieve high yield, have good taste, and lower costs. Our lighting solutions include different color temperatures for different stages in a plant's growth. The light source is 'chromaticity coordinated' to provide the perfect environment for plant photosynthesis.

Stages of Growth

Sprouting:
Seedlings need to grow up surrounded by plenty of water and lighting.
Growth:
Vegetables grow under the utmost comfortable environment.
Harvest:
To preserve its freshness, workers will need to harvest the vegetables as swiftly as possible.
Packaging:
Workers quickly package the vegetables to guarantee freshness.
Shipping:
Workers place the packaged vegetables into boxes, ready for shipment.
Selling:
From Harvest to packaging to shipping, everything is completed under a day's time! It is placed on stands, fresh and ready to eat.
